These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HunarMate mobile app and website (together, the "Service"), operated by [Your business/legal entity name, e.g. "Vijay Choudhary, sole proprietor trading as HunarMate"], based in Noida, India. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use HunarMate

HunarMate is intended for independent coaches who are 18 years or older and legally able to enter into a contract. If you are a parent or student interacting with a coach's public profile, your use of those public pages is also governed by these Terms.

2. Your account

You sign in using your phone number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your account and PIN secure.
You agree to provide accurate information about yourself, your coaching services, and the students/batches you manage.
You are responsible for the accuracy of attendance, fee and student information you enter — HunarMate is a tool to help you manage your business, not a verification service.

3. Public profiles and communication

If you choose to make your coach profile public, certain information (your name, photo, bio, sport, timings, fees, and reviews) will be visible to parents and prospective students at your HunarMate profile link. You can edit or unpublish your profile at any time from the app.

HunarMate may send messages (WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications) to parents/students on your behalf — for example, fee or class reminders — but only based on settings you control. Per our "trust before automation" principle, automated messages are designed to be predictable and editable; you remain responsible for the content and timing of communications sent through your account.

4. Payments

HunarMate enables coaches to generate payment links and collect fees from parents/students through our payment partner, Razorpay. HunarMate does not hold or transfer funds itself — payments are processed by Razorpay under its own terms and RBI-regulated payment-aggregator framework.
You are responsible for any taxes, invoicing and accounting obligations relating to fees you collect.
HunarMate's own subscription fees (if applicable to your plan) will be communicated clearly in the app before you're charged, along with billing cycle and cancellation terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the Service to harass or mislead parents/students; upload content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes others' rights; attempt to access another coach's account or data; or use the Service in any way that could disable, overburden or impair it.

6. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload (profile information, photos, student/batch records). By making your profile public, you grant HunarMate a limited license to display that content on your public profile page and in search results for that page. You can request removal at any time by deleting the relevant content or your account.

7. Disclaimers

HunarMate is a business-management tool. We do not vet, endorse or guarantee the qualifications, conduct or safety practices of any coach, and we are not a party to the coaching arrangement between a coach and a parent/student. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HunarMate and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including disputes between coaches and parents/students, payment issues handled by third-party processors, or message delivery failures by third-party messaging platforms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, with notice where reasonably possible.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above and notify you of significant changes through the app.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [Your city, e.g. Noida / Gautam Buddh Nagar], Uttar Pradesh.
